Individual Coaching

Coaching is a proven strategy for helping you reach your leadership goals.

Research supports the practice of one-to-one coaching as benefiting leaders with empowerment, new insight, free thinking, and enhanced performance. 

 As your thought partner, we work together to surface your internal resources and apply them to your practice. 

I work with clients by way of regularly scheduled collaborative conversations that are strictly confidential, on a monthly, bi-monthly, or on an as-needed basis.


Team Coaching

Successful teams don’t just happen. Effective teams apply a deliberate approach to developing the capacity of all the members as they work toward a common goal. 

As a team coach, I work with teams to developing an atmosphere of trust where each member has a voice, communicates effectively and openly, and applies their individual talents and knowledge to the common goal. 

Team Coaching is focused on gathering data, identifying needs, and working side-by-side with a team to think and plan together for current and future goals. This work can include individual coaching with the team leader or other members as we work together to accomplish the goals established by the team as a whole. 

Team coaching includes a systemic approach, analyzing the impact of the team on stakeholders and developing common purposes and goals. The team determines needs, strategies and goals with my support as the team coach.
